The Committee - Who are we?

Members of the scientific and academic professions often don’t think of themselves as workers. Yet they have signed an employment contract, which implies rights and duties, particularly in terms of working conditions. A union is needed to defend these rights.

The CGSP ER committee brings together members of the scientific and academic staff from the various faculties and sites of the ULB. It is made up of delegates elected to the statutory social consultation bodies – the Works Council (CE) and the Council for Prevention and Protection at Work (CPPT) – as well as other members wishing to lend their support to issues and actions likely to improve the working conditions of ULB staff members.us ?
